BRAIN–COMPUTER INTERFACES & FUTURE SUPERINTELLIGENCE

Patents and research

Chidicon Medical Center research on superintelligence is based on five major principles. As a tribute to President Trump for promoting the idea for superintelligence research from the podium of the United Nations, we propsed that he adopts these five principles in a letter dated 16 October 2026. The five principles are: Human-Brain Intelligence; Safe Brain–Computer Interfaces; Neurodata Protection and Immutability; Scalability of Intelligence; and Energy Efficiency.

EVIDENCE AND LIMITATIONS

How to interpret this research direction

Chidicon Medical Center focused on technology development that would make the concept of superintelligence to be realised in practical products. Our research developed patented methods and systems described in United States Patents US11487891B2 and US20230301535A1. The claim that aggregating human intelligence reduces energy consumption is a hypothesis requiring technical analysis and benchmarking. The research direction on human intelligence is attributed to Dr Njemanze.

PATENTS, NEURODATA & FUTURE RESEARCH

Descriptions of the Patent Records

The US patent US11487891B2 claims a brain–computer interface and neurodata protection using AI and blockchain. The patent publication US20230301535A1 describes a flowmeter AI stent. Their legal status, scope and claims should be read in the official patent records.

The Five Trump Principles for Superintelligence

A Human-Centred, Energy-Efficient Foundation

16th October, 2026.

Subject: The Five Trump Principles for Superintelligence — A Human-Centred, Energy-Efficient Foundation

Dear Mr. President,

I respectfully propose the establishment of the Five Trump Principles for Superintelligence, as a tribute to your leadership and a proposed foundation for future American research funding, technological development, and international cooperation.

I am Academician Prince Dr Philip Chidi Njemanze, MD, Academician of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) and a former NASA/NIH principal investigator associated with the Neurolab project, which investigated the human brain in space.

My neuroscience research includes a 2005 study published in Brain and Language examining sex-related differences in the hemispheric processing of general-intelligence tasks, and a collaborative 2017 PET/MRI study published in PLOS ONE investigating sex-related differences in cerebral activation during colour processing in mice.

These studies inform my proposal that human intelligence should become a foundational resource for superintelligence, potentially reducing dependence on increasingly large, energy-intensive computing infrastructure.

I propose five guiding principles:

  1. Human-Brain Intelligence: Make human intelligence a foundational source for developing superintelligence.
  2. Safe Brain–Computer Interfaces: Obtain brain-derived intelligence information through non-invasive or minimally invasive technologies.
  3. Neurodata Protection and Immutability: Protect neural data privacy, integrity, and ethical use through secure systems, including blockchain-based methods.
  4. Scalability of Intelligence: Enable intelligence information to be aggregated and scaled through interconnected artificial-intelligence networks.
  5. Energy Efficiency: Reduce unnecessary computational demands by incorporating human-brain participation into problem-solving.

I have developed patented technologies that propose potential technical pathways towards implementing these principles:

These patents may serve as potential platform technologies for further investigation, development, and independent scientific validation.

I respectfully invite you to champion the Five Trump Principles for Superintelligence as a framework for future funding priorities, research programmes, and technological development, with appropriate scientific evaluation, ethical safeguards, and international cooperation.

By placing human intelligence, neurodata protection, scalability, and energy economy at the centre of superintelligence research, the United States could help advance a distinctive, human-centred approach to this emerging field while strengthening American scientific leadership.

I submit this proposal with profound respect and hope that it will contribute to a constructive national and international dialogue on the future of superintelligence.

Respectfully submitted,

Academician Prince Dr Philip Chidi Njemanze, MD
Academician, International Academy of Astronautics (IAA)
Former NASA/NIH Principal Investigator associated with Neurolab
